
well, not really. but it is much better for you.
i bring a bag of mann's stringless sugar snap peas to work. it's great to snack on (rather than potato chips that i would really like!), and they are naturally sweet. dip them in a little low-fat ranch if you aren't a fan of crunching on raw veggies. i usually like my vegetables cooked (i will NOT eat raw carrots), but this works for me.
